The Roerstraat is located in the south of Amsterdam, in the neighbourhood called "Rivierenbuurt" which is in the district "Amsterdam Zuid". A well known landmark in the vicinity is the exhibition hall and congress centre "RAI".

By car
Coming from any place outside Amsterdam:
go to the A10 South ("ringweg zuid")
take exit RAI. Follow the signs "Centrum"
after 2 traffic lights turn right to "Rooseveltlaan"
at the first traffic light (you pass one smaller street) turn left
first street on the right is the Roerstraat.
Please take note that in this area from 09:00 until 24:00 you need to buy a parking ticket.
Public transport
There are two train stations on walking distance, and there is ample choice of local public transport.
Bus: line number 65 (busstop Maasstraat or Waalstraat), line number 62 (busstop Waalstraat).
Tram (streetcar): you can have trams number 4 or 12. They also stop at Maasstraat and Waalstraat.
Train: there are two stations in the vicinity of the Roerstraat, RAI and Amstelstation. From both stations you can either walk for app. 10 minutes, or use further local public transport - see above.
